About Dr. Dan Ishihara
Dr. Dan Ishihara is a board-certified radiation oncologist at Stuart Oncology Associates. He earned both his MD and his PhD in cell biology and anatomy at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed his residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center. That research background informs a precise, science-driven approach to radiation therapy — and because he works hand-in-hand with our medical oncology team, radiation, systemic therapy, and surgery come together as one plan rather than three.
